Cancellation Policy – Eternal Enemies

At Eternal Enemies, we work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Because of this, order cancellations are time-sensitive.

Order Cancellations

• You may request to cancel your order within 8 hours of purchase.

• After 8 hours, your order will be processed and sent to fulfillment, and we will no longer be able to cancel it.

To request a cancellation within the allowed time frame, please email us immediately at eternalenemiess@gmail.com with your order number and the subject line "Cancel Order."

Important Notes

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

• Orders placed during sales, drops, or limited releases are final and cannot be canceled.

• Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
